The heroic Leonidas, armed with nothing by leather underwear and a cape, leads a ragtag group of 13--count ‘em, 13!--Spartans to defend their homeland against the invading Persians (whose ranks include Ghost Rider, Rocky Balboa, the Transformers, and a hunchbacked Paris Hilton--no one is safe when the Spartans take on the biggest icons in pop culture).
Also i didn't expect much from this movie and i was right, it has fun parts and others not so funny, the movie was not that good, wacht it if you don't have anything else to do.
I was led to think this was very bad. Not. It's a spoof, not a rip-off!
I had a good time and more than a few chuckles.
Take it for what it is, and enjoy.

I had no idea this movie was so funny mainly because I had never seen a good description of it. so I decided to add some tags below.
it's a spoof of the movie 300 with a little mocking of pop star culture. Reminds me of a Mel Brooks Production. men in tights kinda humor. half naked men, six pack abs of steel. Hot sexy men! lots of men! I thought the leading men were so handsome.. However the Directors knew there must be an equal balance of men and women in this flick. So apparently one leading lady was enough. who do they choose? Non other than "Carmen Electra" but she's totally old now so who cares! lol..j/k shes beautiful! In this movie you will see..TAGS

shrek, stomp, Britney spears, Paris Hilton, happy feet penguin, American idol judges and some famous American Idol singers/contestants. game show spoofs,grand theft auto which was my favorite part. Borat (the fat man) break dancing, spider man([spoiler]
,and so much more.() if you're in a somber mood please watch this. it's so hilariously ridiculous you can't help but laugh at it or with it. watch #11 it works perfectly.
You must have seen the movie 300 to enjoy this spoof.
It's pretty funny, and there's a lot of jokes referring to American pop culture; some obvious, some less obvious.
Far from a comic masterpiece, but a fun movie that made me laugh a few times and smile a lot.

the fight and dance scenes were ridiculous, and you could tell they were trying too hard, but the britney scene was hilarious. that was my fave. and "i'll go hercules on your ass!" HAHAHHA.
- meet the flirting with homosexual alter ego of the director or the whole crew. Really bad movie, and it is sad because they had a really good chance to make fun and interesting parody.
300 was a great movie..though i wanted to see this flick but god i dunno as i went thru the movie it jst started to realy irratate me..it wasnt that funny..Jst got pi**ing off more n more into the movie..i think this was just stupid..waste of time.
The opening scene was funny, little else. If you think you might like this type of spoof, I'd recommend Hot Shots or perhaps Airplane. Both are a little dated now, but still very funny. 2/5 generously
