I had high hopes from this after reading all the comments and I have to say I feel let down. It felt like it wanted to be a cool stylish British crime movie but everything seemed a little loose.

Shame really, this is the worst Jackie Chan movie I've seen. When performing in English he needs some talent around him to make him look good, in this movie the best supporting role was the tortoise.

I think you'll find the joke is IN the misspelling of the word English. A play on the fact that people from the orient can't seem to pronounce their L's. If he spelt it correctly, where's the joke?
